ACK St. Crispin’s Cathedral is the principal church of the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) Diocese of Bungoma. It stands as the mother church and spiritual center of the diocese, symbolizing unity, faith, and mission among all Anglican parishes within Bungoma County and beyond.
The cathedral is the official seat of the Bishop of the ACK Diocese of Bungoma. It houses the Cathedral—the Bishop’s chair—which represents the Bishop’s authority to teach, sanctify, and shepherd the people of God.
Beyond its liturgical role, St. Crispin’s serves as a center for mission, administration, and pastoral leadership, guiding evangelism and community outreach within the Diocese.
